- Place a towel on the floor near a comfortable seat, recliner or sofa. Fill the pan with hot water but don’t be so hot because your foot can get blistered :), place it on the towel and soak your feet for 15-20 minutes. Towel dry.
- Massage in peppermint foot lotion. It feels cool and refreshing and helps stimulate circulation as did the hot foot bath.
- Elevate your feet for at least 1/2 hour. Do it longer if possible. Try to have your feet higher than your heart so that the fluids that have pooled up in your lower extremities can drain.
You may choose one of three above, but we suggest you to do all of them to give maximum effect.
